1. Delivery Policy

a. Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery across the UK mainland. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, nearby UK islands, and other outlying regions. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for standard delivery rates, please contact our office. We will be happy to provide a personalised quote.

b. Delivery Times

• Rocket Pocket – Standard delivery is 1–2 working days for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday, subject to order confirmation.

• Ultra Flush Doors – Standard delivery is 2–3 working days for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Thursday, subject to order confirmation.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed at the point of purchase.

c. Delivery Charges

• Rocket Pocket – Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge.

• Ultra Flush Doors – Delivery fees are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

d. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or an inability to receive the order, additional charges may be incurred for redelivery.
