2. Returns Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns
Most products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) is included.

For our flush door range, any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

b. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or bespoke items (e.g., made-to-order door frames).

• Products that have been installed or altered.

• Clearance or sale items.

c. Return Process
To arrange a return:

1. Contact us at info@spacesavindoors.co.uk or 0113 245 8157 with your order details and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

d. Return Shipping Costs

• A £45 return fee applies to long items, including pocket door frames and jambs.

• Return fees for smaller items or pallet returns will be calculated based on your postcode.

• If arranging your own return, we strongly recommend using a tracked service.

• Items purchased through a distributor must be returned directly to that distributor, following their policies.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

b. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:

• The returned item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

• Components, accessories, or manuals are missing.

c. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include clear photographs of the damage or fault.

3. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Please note again: issues with our flush door range must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellations

a. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly.

• If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns process.

b. Custom Orders
Custom or bespoke products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
